This patch is derived from the kernel cloned from this repo:-

Around the 12th Feb 2023, rolled forward to 5.15.94... patch should be applied
against the vanilla 5.15.94 kernel from kernel.org.

I believe everything still works (not that I can test everything!), with
the exception of the v4l driver for the VF2 mipi camera interface which
no-longer compiles, and is switched off in the supplied config.

The supplied config enables everything needed to use iptables, nft,
lxc/docker, iotop, USB WiFi and BTRFS, among other things... it "works for
me(tm)" and that's about all I can guarantee.
